Closet Organizer

If you have a dearth of real estate in your closet because you live in NYC or in a house that was built in the 1950s, what you have to do is build up. This organizer makes use of vertical space without asking you to remodel the house. It can be tailored to fit almost any closet and accommodate garments of nearly any size.

The version shown here is built from maple, though it could be made from a variety of appropriate hardwood species. Dimensions, hanging heights, and overall capacity can all be customized to suit the space.
