Pie Cabinet

Faced with the perpetual crisis of having too many pies laying around the house, I decided to make a cabinet to capable of holding all of them. Glory be, all the mice now have a challenge ahead of them if they want a free snack! Good luck trying to chew through all of that beautiful American black walnut and hand-woven danish cord.

As stated above, this one is made of walnut with cherry shelves and pine back slats. Any appropriate species of wood could be used for these compnents. Maple with black danish cord might look really nice. Aromatic cedar for the back slats would be a great touch. Just some ideas!
